Steep Elevation is no problem with a UAS Drone. This video demonstrates how a drone can capture aerial video of unimproved land in mountainous areas. The potential Real Estate buyers will most likely not be hiking the property on a showing. But, they need as much information about the property as possible prior to submitting an offer.The UAS aircraft covers portions of the parcel that are not easily assessable by foot. This project was accompanied by a Google Earth CGI video motion map.
