We aim to deliver the best photos and videos possible.
Get the most out of your real estate photo or video shoot with these helpful reminders.
Four-Legged Friends
We love animals! But they don’t always sell the listing. Please make sure cats and dogs are contained, or taken out of the house prior to the shoot. Cat trees, litter boxes, and dog beds also are good to hide.
Let There Be … Light!
“Mood lighting” might be cool, but not for our cameras! Be sure to check those bulbs. Burnt out lights look bad especially when in primary fixtures — like a kitchen island or bathroom vanity.
Clear the Decks
We admire your collectibles, but it’s better if they’re put away for the shoot. Please be sure to clear all surfaces and countertops as well — clean spaces show the property better.
Yes, We’re Kicking You Out
You’ve done all the hard work getting your home ready! Go grab lunch, or take a walk around the block, and allow our photographer uninterrupted access of the property for the best shoot possible.
