Rescheduling, postponements, or cancellations are no problem.
To avoid a 50% fee, please submit any changes at least 3 hours in advance through our web portal or smart device app. If you believe weather conditions may affect the quality of your listing media, it is your responsibility to request a different date or time.

Pricing for most services is determined by square footage and/or acreage.
If the selected media package does not fully cover the property’s size, we will adjust the order to match the correct coverage.

Please ensure all properties are fully prepared before our arrival.
We highly recommend professional home cleaning and staging (if applicable) prior to the appointment. To avoid liability, we cannot move furniture, appliances, or make significant adjustments. While we aim to capture the best possible look, our team may make minor adjustments to small items, but does not clean or organize. This includes cats, toothbrushes, beer bottles, and

If we are photographing a spec home or property under construction, please have a representative preview the property in advance to confirm it is ready. Otherwise, we will proceed with media production based on the property’s current phase or condition.

We take pride in showcasing your property listings with expert media editing to enhance their visual appeal. However, requests to remove or alter permanent fixtures, significant damage, or property features may violate ethical standards set by your governing board. Our goal is to present each property in its best light while maintaining accuracy for potential buyers or tenants. To support this, please ensure the property is decluttered, free of unsightly items, and that all necessary repairs are completed before our appointment.

We are happy to remove flaws on walls, blemishes, or unsightly furnishings. However, please be aware that any requested photo augmentation will result in an additional charge.

If you or the client will not be present to provide access, please ensure we have the proper entry instructions. This includes the necessary Supra FlexCode™, door or lockbox code, or information about an unlocked point of entry.

We strive to accommodate all travel distances, including remote locations. No fee will be applied if the drive time is under 30 minutes. For longer distances, a trip charge of approximately $50 per hour each way will apply.

By booking an appointment, you are obtaining a singular license to use our media for marketing the listing of the subject property. This includes promoting the property on social media platforms, MLS and its syndicates, or vacation rental sites. We encourage you to use our media to market and advertise your business for as long as you are active!

However, please note that once the listing is sold or canceled, you do not have the rights or permission to resell or transfer the media to another party. If a new listing agent or the property owner wishes to use the media, please have them contact us directly. We retain full copyright ownership of our media, and any unauthorized use is considered federal copyright infringement.
